HEARTS CARD GAME GUIDE
Three computer opponents. The lowest score wins.
Each hand deals all 52 cards among four players, thirteen each. Play full hands until at least one score reaches 100, then win with the unique lowest total. A tie for the lowest total continues into another full hand.

Pass together, then open with the two of clubs.
Choose three cards and confirm the pass. The direction rotates left, right, across, then no pass. All four players exchange together. Whoever holds the two of clubs after passing leads it to begin the first trick.
Follow the led suit when you can.
Each player adds one card to a trick. You must follow its opening suit if you hold it; otherwise you can discard another suit. The highest card of the led suit wins the trick and leads next. Aces are high, and there are no trumps or teams.
Watch the penalty cards.
Each heart counts one penalty point and the queen of spades counts thirteen. On the first trick, choose a non-penalty discard when one is available. You cannot lead hearts before a heart has been played unless your remaining hand contains only hearts. The queen of spades alone does not break hearts.
Shooting the moon changes the score.
Taking all thirteen hearts and the queen of spades in one hand gives you zero for that hand and adds 26 to each opponent. Otherwise you receive the penalty points in the tricks you took. Scores are added after all thirteen tricks have finished.
Play cards by touch or keyboard.
During passing, tap a card to select or deselect it, then confirm three cards. During play, choose a highlighted legal card. Tab reaches controls and cards; Enter or Space activates them. Escape clears a pass selection. Computer turns resolve after your choice, with public cards shown in the current and last trick.
Practice Undo is local assistance.
Undo restores your previous human decision and the computer responses that followed it. Replaying may reveal information, so these local matches are not competitive rankings. Rules hints explain available actions without revealing opponents’ cards or a winning path.
